These labels were developed as part of a new private label program so spas and hotel chains could offer body care products and candles with their own logo, choosing a theme and scent (e.g., Botanical theme with a Kiwi Cucumber scent). These products would be featured in their retail space or used as complimentary items for their customers. My designs are from the Botanical theme line.
brand development / graphic design / packaging design
I was asked to develop branding for a new lash & brow tint line, including logo and package design. The name was Eye POP!, and the product developer wanted the line to have a retro, graphic novel feel. The line was developed to have a character representing each lash tint by their matching hair color. Each character was given a name, which then became the product name (e.g. Betty's hair color was blue). I developed this brand's logo colors to be hot pink and black with packaging to match. The polka dots mimic the dots in the logo, and also add a nice retro element to the design. Unfortunately this brand never came to fruition because of vendor issues.
brand development / graphic design
I was tasked with developing a brand for a children's body care line including shampoo and body wash. This brand had no name or intended look and feel, only that the products would align with their signature scent, such as strawberry or honey, and they wanted the products to be packaged in old-style milk bottles.
I developed the brand name to be "My Little Beginnings" and each scent to have its own coordinating design. Concept phase only because Product Development chose not to further this line for lack of a solid market.
graphic design
I was tasked with designing the box for Sposh herbal Eye Masks, Eye Pillows, and Shoulder Wraps. For consistency, I used the graphical elements from inside the moon of the Sposh logo. The front features a moon cut-out so the texture and color of the product could be felt and seen. I opted to use illustrations to demonstrate the shape and approximate size of each product so the customer would know the difference between the products. My coworker created the illustrations, which are seen on the sides and back of the box.
Line of scented oils to blend with salts or scrubs to create a delectable signature treatment.
concept development / brand development / graphic design
I was tasked with developing a new wax line, including brand name and package design. I chose Plum Smooth as the brand name and developed the labels around the concept of a plum tree, with it's stringy-firework blossom and the color plum. To complement this brand, plums were sourced as an ingredient for each product.
