BRANDING
Even though the Curriculum, Assessment, and Professional Learning (CAPL) division at Kaplan Early Learning Company wasn't new, it needed to be officially branded because the company wanted to invest more attention into this division to make it successful. There was one rule for the logo—I had to use the rainbow letters of Kaplan's existing logo along with the CAPL words represented somehow, not an acronym.

I chose to incorporate triangles as the recurring design theme, as they represent the three areas of the CAPL division. Even though Kaplan uses vibrant colors in its primary logo, I felt this division warranted an adult color scheme because it's geared towards the professional adult, not children, and the color palette reflects that idea.
